For Custom Build #351, we brought it no other than Andy Peterson! Not only did he build up an awesome-looking scooter, but Andy also FINALLY got the "always grease your bolts" tattoo. For those of you who don't know, about a year ago. Andy told you all that if the video he was in got 10,000 likes he'd get it tattooed! We're happy to finally tell you, the deed is done!
