When and How to Use Flatten in Cricut Design Space
Working with Flatten and Attached
Flatten: It keeps all the elements selected together. It affects Make It. It should only be used for Print and Cut purposes.
For example, when planing on creating a print and cut project. Once you have all the elements in place. Select all and click flatten. This will tell Cricut to print the image with everything in place.
Important: If you want to add a scoreline, do so after flat. Or remember not to select the scoreline when flattening. You need to first flatten, then select the flatten and the scoring and then attach. Scoring lines can not be flattened.
