The film was directed and co-produced by Shyamalan, who also wrote the screenplay with M. Night Shyamalan with Frank Marshall and Deborah Aquila. The film stars Bruce Willis, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Samuel L. Jackson, and James Gandolfini.The film tells the story of security guard David Dunn, who has a near-death experience after narrowly escaping a train crash. After returning from death, he discovers that his wife and son died in the same accident.
As David becomes obsessed with uncovering Elijah's secret identity as "Mr. Unbreakable", so too does Elijah with trying to find out David's secrets as well as learning more about his "powers".Mr. Glass, a comic book superhero from a novel written by Elijah Price, begins to believe that every comic book hero has their own super villain.
