⭐ How It Works
Every week, I’ll drop one high-impact, 5(ish)minute yoga-based core session. Your mission? Perform that specific flow 3 to 5 times during the week.
⭐ Week 1-5: The Awakening. We’ll focus on deep transverse abdominis engagement and breath-to-movement connection.
⭐ Week 6-12: The Build. We’ll introduce stability holds and dynamic transitions to increase muscular endurance.
⭐ Week 13-20: The Definition. We’ll ramp up the intensity to sculpt and refine, ensuring you hit summer with peak core strength.
🤩 Why the Repetition?
Real results come from progressive overload and mastery. By doing the same 5-minute flow multiple times a week, you stop "guessing" the poses and start "feeling" the muscles.
By the time you move to the next week’s session, your core will be stronger, your form will be sharper, and your results will be visible.
