The Division 2 Review | Should Have Been Free2Play

The Division 2 was far better than I was expecting, but vastly more broken and unfinished than I could have possibly imagined. If this had been a Free2play game, I could have forgiven its state of total technical chaos, and incompletion. But I paid £80 for the Ultimate Edition .... and so far, Ubisoft has failed to even deliver all of the base game.
