Python Vs Goat

Snakes are the last thing on this goats’ mind, and if it’s not careful, it’s the last thing it will ever see before it goes to “goat heaven”. This snake is slowly slithering towards this goat and it's preparing an ambush. You can see how huge the snake is, as it moves closer to the goat. I’m not sure if the goat has noticed it yet, but it’s still standing at the same place. The snake has made its move and it’s suffocating the goat. The goat desperately tries to escape, but the strength of the snake is overwhelming. It’s just a matter of time before the goat suffocates as the snake is crushing it. Thankfully, this woman knows how to handle huge snakes and can untangle and remove the snake from the goat with the help of a young boy, hence saving the goat

This goat isn’t as lucky, and it’s being devoured by a huge python. The ten-foot-long snake took four hours to swallow a goat. That’s quite a long time for a meal, but I guess snakes like to take their time. Another snake sneaks up on a baby goat, this time. You can see the snake wrapped around the baby goats, and it almost looks like they are cuddled up and ready to watch an episode of “Tarzan”. The goat is lamenting itself and for some reason, the snake doesn’t look like it’s trying to kill the goat. A man comes running to remove the snake and saves the baby goat. It’s amazing how people in this part of the world pick up huge snakes as if they were hamsters. This snake pulls a goat out of the forest and begins to swallow it. The goat is already dead, most probably killed by the snake. Look at how long this snake is. It begins to swallow the goat whole.

Anacondas

These people own an anaconda and it’s time to feed the snake. On today’s menu is a couple of large catfish, waiting to be eaten, in a swimming pool, and I guess they will be letting the huge snake out very soon. Anacondas kill and eat all their prey the same way. They suffocate it and then proceed to swallow it whole. The green anaconda is renowned as the world's heaviest snake. They can grow up to 25 feet long and weigh more than 300 pounds. Anacondas spend almost all of their time in and around water to maintain their mass. This snake, which is camouflaged to blend with plant-choked water, normally waits for prey to come to it. Snakes with eyes and nostrils on top of their heads can stay almost fully submerged while waiting to ambush.

The capybara, the world's largest rodent, which may reach more than 100 pounds, shares this flooded plain with the anaconda. Because aquatic plants make up a large part of the capybara's diet, they spend a lot of time near water, which is great hunting territory for the anaconda. It can stalk without being seen underwater, bringing its head out just long enough to evaluate the distance. It sits there, waiting. It strikes, coiling itself around the huge rodent with six rows of fangs. There is no way out. Anacondas do not use venom to kill their prey. They suffocate their prey. They cut off blood flow to the heart of their prey, causing cardiac arrest. They begin to eat their meal whole, toes and all, once the heart has stopped beating.

They accomplish this with the help of their mouths' elastic ligaments and moveable joints. An anaconda rests in a waterhole, ready to ambush anything that may look appetizing or worth eating. A few birds walk around, but is that what the anaconda really wants? A caiman swims by, without the slightest idea of the snake’s presence. The caiman steps out of the water and it’s quite big. It notices the anaconda and stares it down but decides to move along. With nothing else to do, the snake decides to leave.
