Manatee Springs State Park | Back out RVing After Covid!

This week we are back out camping at Manatee Springs State Park after 3 weeks recovering from being sick. This was not our first time at Manatee Springs state park, but was our first camping on the Magnolia campground loop. Our previous trips were on the Hickory loop. One nice surprise was that all the RV sites we seen had FULL hookups with sewer! Manatee Springs state park is located in Chiefland Fl which is only about half hour drive from one of our favorites spots, Cedar Key! So Saturday night we decided to go to Cedar Key to catch the Alabama/Georgia football game and dinner at our favorite place to take Nikki, Big Deck Bar!

While at Manatee Springs state park we did a couple hikes and some paddle boarding in the springs. The wild life was very abundant and we both seen our first woodpecker! We also seen manatee , turtles, lots of fish and a couple gators!
