Maalaala Mo Kaya Recap: Picture (Claire's Life Story)

Caitie (Miel Espinoza) is the daughter of Christine Feliz “Tine” Lucas (Shaina Magdayao) and Jayjay Lucas (JC de Vera). At a very young age, she enjoyed having her photos taken by her dad and she would always say “Daddy! Click! Click!”. When Caitie was three years old, Tine and Jayjay noticed some rashes on her body, the doctors initially thought they were just insect bites. In a span of three months, she had to be confined in three different hospitals as doctors could not seem to diagnose her condition. After a series of tests, she was diagnosed with tuberculosis. Her parents made her undergo a series of medication, however, her condition only got worse. Later on, it was identified as leukemia and she had to go through another series of medication to cure her illness.
