Perfection (love song for weddings, couples by us)

I can dig to see when I wrote this song, but it was sometime in 2020 I'm fairly sure. I'd been practicing it as a piano song, and recorded it as such late last night (2/20/21), but my piano needs tuning... particularly for a gentle serenade such as this. B & I both rejected the piano version... it just wasn't working... at least in our recording. Hence, I tried harp... and B immediately (even before I tried) thought this arrangement would work well.
Piano implemented a different chord between verses (there's a D-minor here which on piano was a nice A-flat major). But A-flat major isn't really available on a standard Celtic harp... at least not how I needed it in this case. Hence minor chord retooling of this song arrangement occurred.

Why am I sharing the song now?
We performed a wedding Sunday 2/14/21 for a couple with Austin as a destination wedding (Jackie and Ben). Several things about their creativity and musicality caused me to want to share this song with them. Their wedding very much seemed like we were in a perfectly presented Hallmark movie... with many incredibly touching and soul-sparkling moments. I told Jackie (the bride) afterwards that I would share this song with them... as it also seemed a perfect representation of their relationship... (or close enough that when combined with their musicality, it would be appreciated). Hence, I finally made the effort to record it. Recording this song is definitely one of the reasons I've been warming up my voice lately... (which came in handy for a certain recording which also occurred last night).
Lots of interesting details about Jackie and Ben's wedding. But most generally (without giving specifics of their incredible vows), I'm very grateful that it was moved indoors. The instruments wouldn't have survived the original location in sub-32 degree weather outdoors, and up a major hill. Their wedding coordinator did a fantastic job of coordinating and communicating details which changed many times the week before the wedding (due the rapidly deteriorating wedding day weather predictions... and then the initial ice storm prior to their wedding).
Congratulations again Jackie and Ben! Maybe some future brides and grooms will be using this song at their wedding... and you helped inspire it being brought forth beyond our house. :)
As you can probably guess, this song was originally written about myself and Belinda. I couldn't sing it very well for a while... because each time I did, I would cry. So maybe sitting on it for a year was a good thing. :)
