Honda CBX1000 6 cylinder - start up Ft. Tool Girl Lilli #1849

A rare machine indeed this Honda CBX1000 from the late 70's. Way ahead of it's time with it's in-line 6 cylinder engine which produced around 105 bhp!

So, when I was asked by a friend, Alan, to take a look at the old girl & see if I could get her running I jumped at the chance.

Alan even requested Tool Girl Lilli come in to give me a hand - of course Lilli was only too pleased to get stuck in too...

This is a common issue, having a classic bike just parked up for a long period then, when it comes to getting it running, we often encounter a few problems....this CBX was no different.
