Work on technique, building your strength, and your stamina with this workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home! Even though I designed it with beginners in mind, it will still provide a challenge for all fitness & skill levels
💥. Each round is one minute long, with 30 seconds of rest in between
👊 Workout Details:

Round 1: Jab Only

   Active Rest: Jumping Jacks

Round 2: Jabs & Crosses

Active Rest: High Knees

Round 3: Freestyle

   Active Rest: Mountain Climbers

Round 4: Switch Stance

   Active Rest: Pushups
