And that’s not even extreme for one of these shapers. I’ve seen and dodged chips doing twice that depth. Simply amazing. This machine makes for one heavy chip bucket at the end of the day.

Not worth the carbide inserts or beating up your more accurate machines.

Shapers are alot of machine muscle for very little floor space.

It’s 2018 and our shaper is still popping chips.
