📘 Instructions for Use (Version 7.0)
Eval-C is an enhanced Excel tool that processes Mean and MPS Data in under 3 minutes by importing .xls files from the Evalbee mobile app. It extracts both frequency of correct responses and percentage scores as male/female data or a combined total.

🪛 Setup Notes:
Enable macros before use.
Do not delete, unhide, or modify any rows/columns or formulas.
Assign Roll Nos: 1–50 (Male), 51–99 (Female) before the test.
Recommended Evalbee Settings:
‣ Roll Digits: 2
‣ Questions: 40–50
‣ Mark per Correct Answer: 1
A Professional Evalbee subscription is required to download your class file.
📤 From Evalbee App to Computer:
On the Evalbee app, go to your class, scroll to Reporting, and tap Download Excel.
Choose Share, and send the file via email, Messenger, or Bluetooth to your computer.

🚀 Using Eval-C:
1. Open any Class Sheet, input the number of test items in the Result Box.
2. Click IMPORT EVALBEE DATA, locate the Evalbee class file, and confirm import.
3. Click ACTIVATE ROLL NO. to enable gender tracking.
View auto-generated frequency data and mean percentages per gender and total.
4. Click SORT MPS to filter clean values for copy-pasting into your MPS template.
5. Re-enter number of test items to activate MPS and MEAN calculations.
6. Click RESET if you need to clear the current data and reuse the sheet.
⏳ Allow 8–10 seconds if lag occurs while macros process the data.
