The Destroyer in the Second Night - Terraria 1.4 Speedrun

The Destroyer is one of the three Mechanical Bosses that can be fought during Hardmode. They are mandatory because of the game progression.
Now, how much time could it take to start from zero and defeat one Mechanical Boss? There are a lot of things to be taken into consideration, but an answer would be under an hour, or even under 40 minutes (Destroyer's case)

This is seeded, so I know what most of the chests contain, the caves and where I can find certain items.

Also, this can be a Wall of Flesh speedrun as well, due to it being defeated in the first night (under 20 minutes)
