Indian Food Buffet | Bangkok

Maya at Holiday Inn, Bangkok offers an extensive Indian Food Buffet on Sundays.

My video covers the luxurious Sunday Brunch of this award winning indian restaurant.

The massive buffet includes a variety of indian food along with thai, japanese, continental and fusion italian as well.
It also has a fair bit of indian street food.

This unlimited all you can eat buffet offers a variety salads, appetizers, indian chaat, mains, western desserts and indian sweets.

Some of the indian delicacies were - chicken tikka, paneer tikka, pakoras, bhel puri, dahi bhalla, kadai paneer, butter chicken, murgh biryani, dal makhani, mixed veg and assorted indian breads.
I strictly stuck to indian but i missed dumplings though !

There was also a dedicated section of seafood where one could savour
prawns, salmon, oysters, crabs, octopus and squids.

Unlimited grill and bbq kebab section showcasing chicken and paneer was surely the highlight.

Dessert is obviously my weakness and I loved the freshly prepared indian sweets, ras malai and gulab jamun !
