Jet Engine Thrust Stand for thrust testing using linear bearing. Home made in India.

This video is about fixing the jet engine to linear rails for testing of thrust. We fixed linear bearing to metal rail as they can move freely. This jet engine is held to pillars and pillars fixed to linear bearing. The whole setup was fixed to wooden board. Once jet engine starts and generate thrust it will move in forward direction. So you can see in the video we need to bring it back and again it will move forward. In next video we will fix an spring which will be attached to weighing machine which will give us the pull value. That is thrust. You can also see we attached exhaust nozzle to engine. This will focus the hot air in a direction which gives thrust. Some day we will fix it on some RC Car and test.
