Epic Battle Fantasy 4: NG++ Any% Speedrun in 12:18.61

I messed up on the timing of some splits...

RNG screwed me over this time. But yet again, NG++ is a cheesebag category in the fact where you can basically just grind for a million years on NG+, then just one hit everything in NG++ and not have to worry about collecting/upgrading.

For those who don't know, NG++ stands for New Game++, or the third playthrough of the game. You keep all your items, equips and skills from the previous playthroughs and the enemies are higher levels.
