Use the Crisis Canvas to effectively navigate challenging times
The crisis canvas is a tool which you can use to help your clients better understand the implications and opportunities during challenging times like the one we're facing now with covid-19.
What's really nice about the crisis canvas is that it builds upon methods that you're probably are already familiar with. So its easy for you to get going and easy for your clients to understand.
Some time ago a Scot living in Sweden named Russell Clark reached out to me that he had a tool called the crisis canvas and that which might be interesting for the service design community.
So I invited Russel to come on the Show and share why he created this tool and show us how to use it. Russell accepted the invitation and here we are.
By the way if there is a tool, method or framework that you'd like to share with the service design community send me a message and let's have a chat.
