Investing into the Stock Market is increasing massively in popularity, especially among millennial's and the growing middle class population.
This is due to a variety of factors, such as the lower barrier of entry to stock market investing with the wide adoption of free trading apps.

Now this surge in popularity presents a new golden age of stock market investing, with an increase in stock information and the ease of which to invest!

This massive increase in stock market investing is powered by 6 main drivers,
1. Growing Middle Classes
The first is a growing middle class population. As you can see in 2009 it was below 2 billion and then it almost doubled in 10 years,
Then it is predicted by 2030 another 1.5 billion people will enter the middle class.
This is driven mostly by emerging markets such as India, china and the rest of the world.
This increase in middle class will mean there will be more excess wealth which will be spent on more commodities, products & services. Which will of course increase the revenues of many of these companies.
In addition, the middle class are also the type which like to invest into stocks. So Imagine an extra 1.5 billion people buying stocks even in small amounts, there is only one way the price will go!
The rising middle class in china is already having a massive impact on companies such as TESLA.
From Tesla’s $2 billion Shanghai factory, they have sold around 30% of the battery electric vehicles in China.
Now these Tesla’s aren’t cheap with the average starting price for a Model 3 in China is set at around ($64,495). This shows the excess income which china’s middle class already possesses.

2. No WAR! PEACE

Now yes there are many smaller war’s and battles which have been going on for a long time.

The percentage of years in which the “great powers” fought one another has been declining.
In the past few centuries there has constantly been one power fighting another great power!
Now that means this is one of the greatest times to be alive and also one of the most prosperous.
The world is now so INTERCONNECTED, with trade networks and business that the impact of war is even greater!
3. Company Stock Options.
Another drive is company stock options, more and more businesses are recognising the benefits of offering their employees stock options from tax relief and employee loyalty to of course increasing cash flow into the business stocks!
