Book Launch: Land, Law and Chiefs in Rural South Africa

Book launch hosted on the 20th of July together with Wits University Press and LARC. Inputs by William Beinart, historian and co-editor of a new book on land, Land, Law and Chiefs in Rural South Africa, together with contributors Advocate Geoff Budlender, Dineo Skosana, researcher at the Society, Work and Politics Institute, Khumisho Moguerane from the Department of History at the University of Johannesburg. Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi, author of The Land Is Ours: Black Lawyers and the Birth of Constitutionalism in South Africa will be the 5th discussant. Nolundi Luwaya of LARC chaired the session.
