First things first you need to find comparable houses that are selling. We use a platform called Propstream that allows us access to see every sold house and most picture’s of houses in the country. So no matter where you live and where you are operating your business you can see all of the data points you need to see.

You are not at the mercy of using redfin.com and them maybe or maybe not updating their data and being accurate.

So, you use Propstream to find comparable houses and then you use a formula and back into your numbers based on that formula to make an accurate offer to the seller.
