High School Graduation/Formal Makeup Tutorial - Look #3

Hey girls! This is the third & last look in my miniseries of makeup tutorials for the upcoming Graduations/Formals here in Australia! This look is perfect for the girl who is doing her own makeup & hardly wears makeup! So you want something simple yet effective. I did include false eyelashes but remember they're totally optional! This look would work absolutely fine without falsies too.
