Rebels in Myanmar develop attack drones

Last week, Myanmar’s air force received its first delivery of Russian fighter jets. The planes will be part of an aerial arsenal that has been frequently deployed against rebel forces fighting against the military government. But the rebels are also trying to increase their aerial firepower, though on a much smaller scale.
