📎Enable the tracker, click on track motion, enable rotation and scale.
📎Pick two stable points in our video to track the camera.
📎Create a null object and call it tracking_data.
📎Click on edit target and select our null object.
📎Use the rotobrush tool to cut out the person, and render in png sequence.
📎Drop your sequence on the timeline and offset the layers once in a frame.
📎Link each layer to zero in this order, till the end of our video.
📎Add a slider control effect on our tracking data null object and rename it into framerate.
📎Link the opacity to slider control and paste this expression.
📎Repeat it to all the layers in the framerate sequence.
📎Set the slider to 6, so we’ll have every 6th frame in our video.
📎Cut layers as you need, add layer styles and stroke to each layer.
📎Finally, turn the background video layer into black&white.
