ECHR help! I was ILLEGALLY CONVICTED for self-defence by abusive judge&prosecutor. I have Evidence!

E.C.H.R./C.E.D.O. please help! Youtubes please help! I was ILLEGALLY & ILLOGIC CONVICTED for self defending, with a legal carried non-lethal gun fire, by an abusive judge and prosecutor! I ask my subscribers and all the people that watch this weekly youtube show to help me and share and send this video to all the international publications, to European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, Curt of Justice of the European Union, European Commission Bruxelles Belgium.

THE STORY - INTRIGUE, ACTION: I shoot a non-lethal gun fire (legally detained) to discourage a bodybuilder that attacked me with a metal object into this hand! I shoot into the vertical plane, (into the air) after i ask him to stop! Only the gun fire stopped him!

PROSECUTION: The prosecutor named POROF Alexandru from prosecutors office in Bacau, had the CONFESION written of the attacker named H. Ionut, that in his first statement he admitted he RETREADED from me! Then, he admitted that it will change his story and he did! He told the prosecutor that he didn't move from his garage/car, and i shoot from no reason. He arrange 2 lying witnesses named Marius C. & Dragos P. to confirm his lying story, H. Ionut asked me 10000euro, without having any scratch on him (the attacker), and the prosecutor POROF Alexandru put me as a defended, even he knows i didn't break any law!!!

TRIAL: The trial started with a judge who had big problems with the law, named Sergiu Lupascu:
- suspended from duty for scandal into a restaurant,
- found guilty for political police,
- he was ,,harvested'' in front of a restaurant by ambulance in other problems!
This abusive judge humiliated me in the trial, denied my every right guaranteed by the Romania Constitution, didn't let me to the Hospital in a heart crise to mount on heart a HOLTER device, fine me into the trial because i was trying to go at hospital and put me into house arrest!

I film his witnesses with hidden camera, and they confess to me that indeed H. Ionut attacked me! I had also a witness that told the judge she saw H. Ionut attacked me.

Another judge (impartial this time) came into prezidue, replacing Sergiu Lupascu. B.A. judge caught the ,,injured party'' lying in front of her, and his brother evacuated from the cort room for scandal!
At the end, Sergiu Lupascu judge came back, the ,,injured party'' H. Ionut was awarded by this abusive judge, with 400 euro moral damages and i had ~ 2000 euro to pay him cort costs!

APPEAL/CALL: H. Ionut made appeal/call didn't been satisfied with 2000 euro, even his lying fake story worked and wanted 10000 euro. He CONFESS, without realising, in front of 2 judges, THE ACT, he told that he was indeed at 15m with me ,, WE BOUGHT WERE AT A FAR DISTANCE FROM MY GARAGE/CAR'' in the situation that he denied this fact, 4 years!!!
I won the Appeal/Call only in the civile side, and the criminal side was unchanged!

Favorise this offender from 2016 until now: Police Station nr. 2 Bacau & IPJ Bacau name of the abusive policeman: Vasile Irinel PETREA, BREAHNA Gheorghe IPJ Bacau, CEAUSU Costel Ciprian, RUSASCU Costel, TANASE Daniela. And from the Prosecutor Office Bacau: POROF Alexandru (the main responsible for this illegal trial), GHIVNICI Marius, First Prosecutor MARGINA Catalin, DUMITRU Dan, PASCARU Razvan.

*** When the 2 witnesses Marius C. & Dragos P. made the ilogic and illegal story with ,,injured party'' H. Ionut, they put Dragos P. into IMPOSIBILITY TO SEE THE GUN FIRE. Dragos P. was unable to see from his window in from of the garage 2-2,5 meters where they declare that H. Ionut stayed without moving and he didn't attacked me!!! ***

THE CRIMINAL RECORD OF FALSE TESTIMONY: Prosecutor Marius GHIVNICI wanted to make justice:
In 12.03.2021 I won the Judicial Experiment that demonstrate the Dragos P. could NOT SEE HUMAN SILUETE!
Then the next win was the prosecutor ADMITED MY EVIDENCE!!! The third win was he revoked from duty a policeman PETREA Vasile Irinel who turn against the 4th judge that said also that i'm right!
At the end of this criminal record prosecutor Marius GHIVNICI denied/ranking the False testimony criminal record!

Please support me your honors/judges from European Court for Human Rights, YOUTUBE and GOOGLE, because i was having an abusive trial that i got a heart condition, my company's image is seriously affected, I was threatened in continuous form, hited by car, and during this trial the judge Sergiu Lupascu put me into the home arrest, humiliated me in the front of all the people in the cort room, fine me, because the only thing i wanted was to defend myself.
