WORKOUT DETAILS
Warm up: full body dynamic stretch
Activation:
Plank walk outs (10 reps)
Bear reach (12 reps)
Bear hold (20 sec)
Workout:
Burpees to push up (3x8)
Plank circuit - 2 rounds, 35 sec on, 10 sec off, 35 sec break
1. Plank pikes
2. Plank dips
3. Mountain climbers
4. Plank hold
Abs circuit - 1 round, 35 sec on, 10 sec off, 35 sec break
1. Alternating crunch to toe touch
2. Bicycles
3. Leg raises
4. Marching abs
5. Russian twists
Cardio: Sprint session - 6 rounds, 20 sec on, 40 sec off
