EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra thermal pads replacement with 20 W/m-K custom-size pads

Demonstration on how to replace thermal pads on a RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra. Hopefully this can help those still hesitant about opening up their GPU to replace the pads. These cards are not that fragile!

Contents:
* Opening up the card
* Cleaning up all the gooey pads/paste used by the manufacturer
* Apply new, high thermal conductivity thermal putty/pads/paste
* Reassembly

Material used:
* Cleaning: isopropyl alcohol and paper towels
* Putty: TG-PP10, 10 W/m-K white putty
* Pads: 20 W/m-K special order, custom-size pads specially for the 3080/3090 FTW3 cards
* Paste: SYY paste, 15.7 W/m-K
