How to Use TO BE (infinitive) and BE (base)

In this video, we go over the common uses of the infinitive and base forms of the BE verb (To be and Be, respectively).
We look at infinitive phrases, structures with implied future using the infinitive, and the passive infinitive.
We also look at BE with modal verbs and in the subjunctive structure.
