A Ranking of the Top 100 Broadway Songs of All Time!

In order to create this list, we had to define what it means to be a Broadway Song. In order to be eligible for this list, a song must meet the following qualifications:

- Must have lyrics
- Must be from a musical theater production that has spent time on Broadway, just Off-Broadway or international is not enough
- Must be an original song written for the musical theater production
- This rules out songs from Juke Box Musicals (Mama Mia, Jersey Boys, etc.)
- This also rules out songs that were originally written for movies (most Disney adaptation songs)
- This does NOT rule out musical adaptations of non-musical movies (Legally Blonde, Mean Girls, etc.) or songs that appear in the stage adaptation but NOT the source material.
