What to Do When You Have No Ideas – William Gant – MicroConf Starter 2019

A few years ago, William worked entirely on other people's stuff because he didn't have any good ideas of his own. Now, he have a notebook full of them.

A thousand workable ideas pass in front of our eyes every day, and most of us miss them. In reality, the lack of ideas isn't due to a lack of opportunity, but due to simple process problems that you can easily overcome.

In this talk, William will walk through the process he have developed for finding, curating, evaluating, and refining ideas that he used successfully for nearly 200 podcast episodes, numerous conference talks, and a book.

He now has more ideas than he can execute on in a lifetime. You'll leave this talk with the beginnings of a mindset that will let you do the same.
