With over 50 years of living each day to the fullest, I've gathered a wealth of knowledge and practices that I'm excited to share with you. As a professional Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Trainer, Nutritional Planner, Laughter Yoga Trainer, Meditation Guide, and Spiritual Healer, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people embrace well-being in body, mind, and spirit with 60 Days Plan written in a dairy.

Through my journey, I've learned how to harness the power of Body and Cosmic Energy as described in Einstein's Theory of Energy. By understanding and channeling these energies, we can unlock profound benefits for ourselves, including weight loss, energy gain, and a healthy, long life.

My purpose is to guide individuals in overcoming years of emotional blocks and rediscovering their innate ability to self-heal. There’s no greater joy for me than witnessing people transform and thrive through these age-old wisdom practices, which I now share through insightful videos and resources.

Since 1980, I've been driven by a mission: to promote a Healthy Body, Mind, and Spirit. My book, AIM of LIFE, offers guidance for self-healing based on my own experiences. It's a resource filled with practical wisdom and steps toward a balanced life.
