What is meditation? Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. "Watching your breath" or listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the monkey mind, it is an effective meditation for lazy people. This is also a fact that lazy people are mostly creative and are always drawn in their thoughts and plans, But they meditation to organize themselves and manifest their deeds.

Meditation for Lazy people is not a technique but a way of life. It stands for a cessation of the thought process. It describes a state of consciousness when the mind is free of scattered thoughts and various patterns. Meditation is all about a practice – a consistent daily practice for the person who is always dwelled in saying "I am too lazy for meditation". It truly is in the practice where the transformation happens.

Whether you sit for one, five, or thirty minutes it’s the same practice; you are sitting in a comfortable, alert position, closing your eyes and placing your attention gently on your breath. So commit to yourself, and if you are a lazy person and trying to do a meditation for lazy people like you then, with determination, spend time every day before you launch out into the world by sitting with yourself in silence. Meditation is simply sitting with yourself, placing your attention on your breath, and when the thoughts come into the mind, instead of answering them or talking to them, you gently bring your attention back to the breath, which doesn't disturb your laziness as well. This is the whole practice.

We are not trying to do anything – we are trying to sit and be. It is in this not doing and being where the calmness and sense of well-being comes. In reality, meditation for lazy people is a “training of the mind.” We sit each day learning how to be with ourselves, connecting within to our source of love, power, and courage.
