NASCAR drivers show support for Bubba Wallace
Bubba Wallace was surrounded by his fellow NASCAR drivers and their teams as he drove his number 43 car down the track ahead of their race. They gathered as a show of support after a noose was found in Wallace’s garage hanging over his race car on Sunday. This comes after NASCAR made a decision to ban the display of confederate flags at all events and Wallace wore an “I can’t breathe” shirt in support of the Black Lives Matter movement that has been reinvigorated following the killing of George Floyd on May 25.
