Finally Water Leakage Test Pass! RC Boat Holds 5KG! 😱 #shorts

After completing the boat, we applied a 3-layer waterproofing process to make it completely leak-proof. First, we sealed every joint with super glue, then applied PVC solvent to permanently weld the PVC parts together, and finally added M-Seal clay for extra waterproof protection and strength.

Since there isn't a river near me, I tested the boat in my water cooler tank. For the load test, I placed 3 bricks weighing around 4.5 kg inside the boat. Our calculated safe operating load is only 2 to 2.5 kg, but the hull successfully supported 4.5 kg without leaking or failing. Both the water leakage test and the load test were successfully passed.

Although the boat survived 4.5 kg during testing, the recommended maximum operating load remains **2 to 2.5 kg**. Going beyond that while driving the boat on water is not recommended because waves and dynamic forces can make it unstable.
Upcoming in the next parts:

Engine mounting
Propeller shaft installation
Steering system
Electronics setup
Waterproof testing
First water trial
