AE-3/EC Professional Fabric Cutting Table With End Cutter

AE Sewing Machines was recently tasked to develop a cutting solution for a client who was cutting oil cloths and PVC table cloths. After many discussions and a few designs, we came up with the simple solution.

Under our brand name, Advance Cutting Automation, we were able to successfully install two cutting tables with a fabric roll holder at the rear featuring five conveyor rollers. The tables also feature a pneumatic fabric clamp and a modified end cutter which is level to the table top for easy rolling and re-rolling of fabric.

The client also tasked us with building a very simple edge and measuring guide.
