Soccer and Life Skills | Lucas Capalbo | TEDxMSU

In 2014, Lucas was hired to coach a youth soccer team in one of the roughest neighborhoods in Sweden. Even though his players misbehaved on and off the field, they managed to win the state championship of that year. However, Lucas realized that winning trophies were not helping players develop as men. He then decided to rearrange the focus of his soccer program so his players could also learn skills to help them win in life.
