SCP Orientation is an archive of files of the SCP Foundation.

In this video we will be examining item number SCP-001: The Database, object class: Keter.

WARNING: There is no means to contain SCP-001 yet found that does not risk a potential ZK-Class Reality Failure scenario and subsequent destruction of the observable universe.

SCP-001 is an ancient and powerful collective being comprised of every writer, admin and reader of The SCP Foundation. All of existence is nothing more than part of "The Database" that SCP-001 wrote and continues to write no matter how absurd or illogical. Attempts to kill SCP-001 by the Foundation have been unsuccessful. It is believed that destroying SCP-001 is not only impossible but would cause the collapse of reality.
