ITALIAN POUND CAKE WITH OLIVE OIL || No Dairy Cake

Ciambellone is one of the most common breakfast in Italy, and this Pound Cake with Orange and Chocolate is simply delicious!
Should I add that has no dairy in it? ;)

INGREDIENTS (both in Cups and Grams):
-5 eggs
-1 cup sugar (250 gr)
-1 orange (zest and juice)
-1/2 cup of olive oil (130 gr)
-1/4 cup of water (60 gr)
-1 & 1/3 cups of flour (200 gr)
-3 teaspoons baking powder (10 gr)
-1 cup chocolate chips (200 gr)
-salt

Icing:
-1 tbsp water + 1 cup powder sugar
