NEW Lego GBC module: Inverse Stepper (53)

This Lego GBC module features a blue and gray stepper module turned upside-down and placed in a frame. The balls go up in little cages attached to the steps, and when you look at it upside-down, it seems like the balls are going down the steps instead of up. There are two input hoppers, but one of them is not used because it is attached to the stepper.
