Pumpkin Doughboy

Recipe
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt- 1/2 teaspoon if you prefer
1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder- less if you prefer
About 1/8 - 1/4 grated nutmeg
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoons shortening/lard
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup pumpkin
Store in a plastic bag, or in a covered container.
