How to create borders & using actions in photoshop. Quick tutorial

In this video i explain how i create the white borders around my images, also how i create an 'action' in photoshop to apply the border to multiple images.

After being asked by several of you guys who watch my videos how i add my borders i thought id get straight on it and show you..
