Making Mochi from Tamako Market | WEIRD ANIME DESSERTS

Today I attempt to recreate some of Tamako’s weirdest mochi ideas from both Tamako Market, and Tamako Love Story. In the anime Tamako is constantly dreaming up unique ideas for new desserts that her family’s shop can sell. Now I don't know about you but I love mochi and think it’s time to stretch the traditional boundaries slightly… or maybe a lot in some cases. Some sound pretty delicious, while others not so much and I can't wait to find out how I'm going screw them up.

Cooking isn't exactly my strong suite but I've got a can-do attitude and a total lack of shame so no matter what happens in The Anime (expe)Kitchen we're in for a treat!
