The Lost Son (The Prodigal Son) - Luke 15:11-32

A man had two sons. The younger demanded his inheritance, left home, and wasted it all. Broke and starving, he decided to return home, planning to beg his father to hire him as a servant.

But while he was still far off, his father saw him, ran to him, and embraced him. The father celebrated his return with a feast, saying, "For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found."

It's a story about reckless sin, heartfelt repentance, and, most of all, a father's unconditional, forgiving love.
