Lawmakers discuss bill to make tax funding for sports stadiums easier

Arizona lawmakers are calling on their colleagues in the legislature to vote no on HB2274. It began as a bill to make it easier for first responders to access PTSD benefits, but they say now the bill would reduce city input on whether special tax districts can be set up to fund the construction of sports arenas.
