The Winchester Three

This film, by the wonderful Mark Richardson (aka codhead) documents the recent performance at the HULL ADELPHI by THIS IS THE KIT, ROZI PLAIN, and RACHAEL DADD. These three acclaimed songwriters all began their musical careers performing at their local open-mic night at the Railway Inn in Winchester. Their friendship and musical self-confidence was nurtured at their own local independent music venue and this film amplifies the cultural value of venues such as The Railway and The New Adelphi Club. Independent music venues allow musical talent to develop and thrive. WE NEED TO CHERISH THE EXISTENCE OF INDEPENDENT MUSIC VENUES.
