A sweet but painfully stupid boy loves Elmo, Barney The Dinosaur & playing with his all new Fidget Spinner & learning new tricks with it but it seems to hold a strange power over him.

In the meantime his puppet daddy tells him he has a special guest coming over and he discovers it is Elmo from Sesame Street!

Elmo and Billy go off to play but Elmo is not at all what he seems to be .
