So you are looking to start an eBay account, and you are not sure exactly what settings are the best to make sure that your account is set up in the best way possible for selling. Well, you are in luck! In this video, Ela goes over exactly how you can set up your account to ensure you start off on the right foot!

- First set up a Paypal account
- now go eBay account settings and click Paypal Account
- Click link account and log in to Paypal
- Once complete, it will prompt you to go back to eBay
- Check that this was done correctly in personal information tab. It will say that your account is linked to Paypal for Purchases

- Click on get started and then click on account settings
- In the business policies page, can set up an account policy and a returns policy
- Go to create policy

- Select your payment method
- Save your data

- Click replacement or exchange available, as it is generally better to offer this option rather then refunding.
