Ethiopia prepares for heavy rainfall for renaissance dam project

Ethiopia has stepped up security near its renaissance dam project as tensions rise with neighbouring Sudan and Egypt.
It says it's ready to start the second phase of filling up the reservoir ahead of heavy rainfall expected next month.
