S2000 Engine Noise! Cheap Or Expensive Fix?

This 2003 Honda S2000 was towed in due to some engine noise. There were also timing and camshaft error codes and the previous shop didn't find anything wrong! We started by replacing the most common issue on the s2000, the timing chain tensioner. This car already had a Ballade sports timing chain tensioner so we sent it to them to get rebuilt. This aftermarket tensioner is known to stretch the timing chain and since the timing was off we reset the timing but the noise is still there.
