To get the live chat working on your website you'll need to use a plug-in. There are A LOT of plugins that offer this functionality. However, I found Tidio to be the best free option available.

You can download Tidio from the WordPress plugin store or just follow the link https://tidio.com

Once you have this installed you can customize the live chat to look how you need it to look. Since every website has different color schemes make this good for your site.

After that's done you'll need to do some light code editing to get the livechat functionality working on your website. Don't worry it's really easy all you need to do is edit the footer.php file of your current WordPress theme.

After that's done your live chat functionality should be already working on your website. You can send yourself a test message and handle all of the requests through the Tidio website!
